Minimum Requirements, Roles, and Responsibilities of a Crew Member/Lead:

Valid Driver’s License required
Drug-Screening to pass pre-employment is required
Candidate does not need prior experience, although previous fumigation, pest control, and/or industry experience preferred
Ability to travel frequently
Be highly motivated, positive, have integrity, and show leadership through both actions and instruction
Ability to work with heights and be exposed to the elements
Ability to take and give direction – especially in group settings
Follow all safety policies and procedures outlined in training and best business practices
Always be organized and thorough with all paperwork pertaining to work orders, FMPs, etc
Responsible for other members in the crew with hours, safety, discipline, review, budgeting, scheduling, and retention
